Home again!

Alright so I was suppose to post a blog every day.  I blame sea sickness...  So we're home again!  The traveling Karr would like to say a few words on the matter.  Hopefully we'll be able to post pictures of the traveling Karr by the weekend.

Greetings my loyal minions!

After a very long trip home and some very rough seas that even turned my fuel tank in knots, I am very happy to say we have made it safely home.  The writer has a good case of sunburn...  I on the other hand enjoyed long hours of napping in a sunspot on the writer's bed during the day while she was out.  I even managed to conquer one of those infernal towel animals...

Yesterday the waters were more than a little rough...  The writer of course was sea sick most of the day... I have to admit my fuel tank felt the sympathy...

We were all happy to see Jacksonville again with that weather.  From there the trip was very uneventful.  But for the fact that I was once again checked with the rest of the writer's baggage!!!  I must admit I do love the Bahamas...  Then with that it is with a heavy engine that I back off from my Traveling Karr...  The writer tells me no more vacations until next year...  The upside?  We're going to Europe!  Another cruise as it does seem to be the way to travel.  No hotel bills...  No transportation bills...  Just one big flat rate.  Now come on...  For those who travel alot you have to admit that makes economic sense.

So point being we're holding out for a transatlantic cruise.  I will be back in full blast then!  I'll even drag my partner in crime Cody along.  So...  Pictures will be up later!  Watch for them!  Goodnight everybody!

The Traveling Karr

Karr's Snips:  Customs is a pain in the rear bumper!  It's confusing, it's long, it's dull, and their hands are cold!

Cody's Tips:  Customs is indeed a hard thing to get through at times.  Just remember to declare EVERYTHING.  Be honest with them and things will go smoothly.  (No sense in hiding that priceless relic that you just had to bring home in your suitcase.  They will find it.  Same goes for Cuban Cigars.  They will find it and you will be in a pickle.)  Do whatever you can to make sure things run smoothly.  Otherwise your fate is gonna be a strip search and a cavity search if you don't cooperate.

Till next time!  Like the Traveling Karr?  Tell me!  Maybe he can come around more often than vacations.
